Order Status & Processing Updates
🌸 Current Processing Time
All press-on nail sets are handmade in the order they are received. My current processing times are:
- 🌸 Regular sets: 2–4 business days
- 🌸 Luxury sets: 3–5 business days
- 🌸 Complex/character sets: 5–7 business days
- 🌸 Rush orders: 1-3 business day (processing only)
🌸 How Order Tracking Works
This page explains where your order is in the handmade processing pipeline. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your USPS tracking number.
- 🌸 You will receive an Order Confirmation email after placing your order.
- 🌸 You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with tracking once shipped.
- 🌸 USPS tracking updates automatically with your email link.
🌸 Order Stages & Estimated Timeline
1. Order Received (Same Day)
Your order has been successfully placed and added to the queue.
2. In Queue (0–1 Business Days)
Your order is waiting to be started and will move into the “In Progress” stage shortly.
3. In Progress (1–3 Business Days)
Your nails are being shaped, prepped, painted, designed, and decorated by hand. Luxury and complex sets may take longer depending on the art.
4. Topcoat & Cure (Same Day)
Once the design is complete, your set is sealed with a long-lasting topcoat and cured.
5. Quality Check (Same Day or Next Day)
Every nail is checked for durability, shine, smoothness, and accuracy. This step is quick but important.
6. Packaging (Same Day)
Your set is cleaned, assembled, and packaged with care. Includes nail prep kit and instructions (if applicable).
7. Shipped (Same Day as Packaging)
You will receive an email with your USPS tracking number once your package has shipped.

Please reach out only if:
- 🌸 Your order has passed the maximum processing time listed above
- 🌸 Your USPS tracking hasn't updated after 5–7 days
- 🌸 Your package shows “Delivered” but you cannot find it
