🌸 Processing Times
All press-on sets are handmade and made to order. Please allow:
- 🌸 3–5 business days for regular processing
- 🌸 5–7 business days for detailed or luxury sets
- 🌸 7–10 business days for character or highly complex designs
Processing does not include weekends or holidays. Rush processing is available for an additional fee.
🌸 Shipping Policy
Once completed, orders ship via USPS. Shipping times:
- 🌸 USPS First Class: 3–7 business days
- 🌸 USPS Priority Mail: 2–3 business days
A tracking number will be emailed once shipped.
The Pressed Plug is not responsible for delayed, lost, or stolen packages.
🌸 Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
Due to the custom and handmade nature of press-on nails, all sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges.

🌸 Wrong Size Policy
We are not responsible for incorrect nail sizes submitted. Please purchase a Sizing Kit if unsure.
- 🌸 Size up if between sizes
- 🌸 Remake fees apply for incorrect sizes
🌸 Rush Order Policy
Rush orders speed up processing time only. Shipping speed must still be selected at checkout. Rush fees are non-refundable.

All custom sets require detailed information. Slight variations may occur due to handmade artistry.

🌸 Order Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. Custom orders cannot be canceled under any circumstances.
🌸 Damage Policy
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 24 hours with photos. We will review and determine if a remake is possible.
